Twin Mesa Metro District Community Meeting

January 30 – 5:15 to 7:30 p.m.

485 Peak View Dr.

The Twin Mesa Metro District is hosting a community meeting on January 30 from 5:15 to 7:30 pm at the Osborne’s at 485 Peak View Drive in Castle Mesa. Doors open at 5:15 for mix and mingle with neighbors and program begins at 5:45.

It’s an opportunity to hear updates about the status of the gates and Dawson Trails development as well as ask questions and provide feedback to the TMMD Board of Directors.

A special thanks to Gene and Lyn Osborne for hosting this community event!

Riding Easement Reminder
Twin Oaks is an equestrian community with riding easements along each property line.  With this community benefit comes responsibility for both landowner and riders:
1.  Landowners:  You are responsible for keeping the easement clear of vegetation and other obstacles that could present a danger to horse and rider.  This includes mowing.
2.  Riders:  You are responsible for staying within the riding easements.  Unless you have prior permission, it is not acceptable to ride on other areas of land you do not own.
